First of all, we apologize for any problems or difficulties you may have experienced during your move. At A2B Moving and Storage we care about your opinion and our mission is to deliver impeccable customer care services. With that in mind, we have created a form that will help you file your claim fast and easily.
If you realize that some of your belongings are missing or damaged, or if you feel that you have been charged for services you didn’t use or overcharged, all clients should understand that they should give the service provider (A2B Moving and Storage) the first right to properly investigate and respond in writing with a resolution to their issues.
To start your claim process, please fill out the following form and provide the necessary information. Please provide your full name as it appears on the contract/bill of lading, your relocation confirmation number or order number, valid email address, and a phone number where we can reach you.
Upon receiving your information online, we will confirm that your complaint/claim has been received and that we are working on resolving your issue. Please make sure to check your spam or junk e-mail folders for our confirmation.
